Choose the soften tool
Settings; Hardness: 15 Size: 15.
Zoom in, and apply on pan, and the areas around the eyes.
Make sure not to apply on the eyes, nose and mouth.
You will see that rawness disappears, and the skin gets soft.
Then right click, and you'll get sharpen.
Apply on the mouth and eyes, and voilą !
